How much does delivery cost?
All products that are sold directly by Buydby.com are sourced from authorized distributors. Some products may be covered under a manufacturer warranty. We offer a standard 30 days return policy on all eligible items in case you need to make a return.
To return any item bought on buydby.com, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy.
Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?
Some of the products sold directly by Buydby.com and sourced from authorized distributors may be covered under a manufacturer warranty. Please contact us prior to making an order if you are unsure. Some products however may not be covered by Warranty, such as used items and other items sold in the marketplace.
How will the delivery be done?
We use different delivery methods, as appropriate for each item. Some items are dispatched with Royalmail, myhermes, Fedex and other third party couriers.. As a marketplace, however, our sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers as desired by them.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery time is 7 days however, this may vary by location and even product. Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page. That said, some products takes excessively longer to deliver, taken even up to 45 days, such as furniture or due to the sources of the products. You should bare with us and keep in touch with us if your item has yet to be delivered.
What is your return policy?
Our standard return policy is that, If for any reasons, you wish to return an item, please note that you, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost. You must also ensure that the item to be returned is the item sold to you and it is returned in the exact condition it was sold to you and within the alloted time frame. As a marketplace, our sellers offer their own return policy.
How does the payment works?
Whenever an item is purchased on our platform, all payments are sent directly to buydby.com and held until we have satisfactorily confirmed that the items has been received by you. So, you can rest assured to purchase with confidence.
How do you handle dispute?
As a marketplace, we vett our sellers and they are responsible people. We advise that you take up dispute directly with them within the alloted delivery/return window but in the event that you couldnt resolve a dispute with a seller, you can contact us directly through email or chat directly to our customer support in the WhatsApp chat provided. Please note that we do not accept WhatsApp call because we deal with a lot of customers on a daily basis, so we restrict all conversation to WhatsApp chat.

Do you accept pickups?
Unfortunately, as a marketplace, we do not accept pickups, however some of our sellers may offer you that option but in the event that you picked up an item from a seller, we would not be able to assist in any dispute from such transaction.
